These terms govern your use of TerminalDock. By accessing the site, submitting a tool, or signing up for an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You can use TerminalDock if you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country to consent to data processing). If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you submit a tool, you confirm that the tool exists, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the right to submit it. By submitting, you grant TerminalDock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the submission (name, description, links, screenshots, repository metadata, and similar public information) on the site, in feeds, and in social previews.
We may edit submissions for clarity, classification, or to fit our editorial style. We may also decline, unpublish, or remove any submission at our discretion — for example, if it is dead, abandoned, off-topic, duplicated, or violates these terms. If your submission is removed and you would like an explanation, email hello@terminaldock.com.
You agree not to:
Paid placements, sponsorships, and advertising are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; if your paid listing fails to deliver what was described, contact us and we will make it right.
The TerminalDock brand, design, editorial copy, and aggregated directory data are our intellectual property. Tool names, logos, screenshots, and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of categorising and reviewing the tools.
If you are an owner and want a tool removed, edited, or attributed differently, email us — we will respond promptly.
The site links out to third-party tools, repositories, and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Some links are affiliate links; following them costs you nothing extra and helps fund the directory. The site also relies on third-party services described in our Privacy Policy.
TerminalDock is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Reviews, classifications, and rankings are editorial opinions, not endorsements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerminalDock and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the site in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the "last updated" date above will be bumped. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Poland, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
For questions about these terms, email hello@terminaldock.com. TerminalDock is operated by Piotr Kulpinski.
